Return Shipping Costs

Natura Veritas Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you may be eligible for a gift credit instead of a refund. If the gift was shipped directly to you and marked as a gift, we will issue a gift certificate for the value of the returned item once received. If the gift was not marked at purchase or shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
Cancellation Policy
